The Pancake Jubilee has become one of the most anticipated events held in our fair city each year. Children whose activities over the years have benefited from the resources generated by this unique event are now adults who bring their children each year to enjoy a grand time of food and fellowship with their neighbors. We like to say that Pancake Jubilee is “Meridian’s Front Porch” where friends can gather, eat some great food, support a great cause, relax and enjoy themselves all at the same time.
